Trade Mat + is powerful at 150w per square metre and is designed for general floor warming. Our new Trademat+ is incredibly well made and boasts a unique installation advantage: "tack and stick" adhesive of the mat has a tacky adhesive. This enables you to accurately position (and re position) the mat before cutting, without the risk of movement.

he Cosytoes TradeMat+ Underfloor Heating System is available in a range of 14 sizes to cover areas from 1.0m2 to 10.0m2. The system is suitable for large areas including kitchens, bathrooms or any tiled area. There are very low running costs when used with a time and temperature controllers - see our essential items. The TradeMat+ system should be used with Cosyboard insulation boards. The heating elements are encapsulated in high performance Teflon, which together with an Earth wire is foil wrapped and covered with further tough outer insulation. With the 'Tack n Stick' adhesive backing, the underside of the TradeMat+ system has a tacky adhesive, which enables you to accurately position (and re-position) the mat before cutting, without the risk of movement.

The subfloor (either wood or concrete) is first covered with flexible adhesive and then it's recommended that Cosyboard insulation is fitted before the TradeMat+ system is laid down. Once self-levelling flexible adhesive is covering the TradeMat+ system, its then time for the finishing touch of tile or stone.


Deliveries of large items  are usually made by a heavy goods vehicle with a tail lift. The courier will telephone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date (between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday).Please note that the carriers are not insured to bring the goods into your property and you should ensure that there will be someone available who can take the goods inside.


Please arrange an alternative delivery location if there is a problem with access to your property (e.g. graveled or uneven drives, narrow lanes etc...) The carrier will make an additional charge if access is unsuitable and also if there is nobody at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods. Do not sign for any goods until unpacked and checked in full. If any items are damaged please notify the driver and sign the note 'goods damaged'. The delivery driver will wait until the goods are checked. DSM Direct must be notified within 24 hours of any damage otherwise we will be unable to claim under our carrier's insurance.


We would advise you not to book a firm date for installation until the item has been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for loss in any form due to late delivery.
